This wonderful property is located in the village of Skrino, the birthplace of St. Ivan Rilski. The yard is 500 m2 and the house is completely renovated, after major repairs and has a 180-year history.

The village is located in southwestern Bulgaria, Boboshevo municipality, 65 km from Sofia. Access is extremely fast on the Struma highway.
